Kristin Dorsey has been creating cakes for years. She learned from experts in the Greater Toronto Area at Golda’s KitchenGeorge Brown College, and McCall’s School of Cake Decorating. She has also had the pleasure of learning from two top artists in the U.S., Colette Peters and Bronwen Weber.

Kristin takes pride in the detail of her work and loves achieving a creative twist on traditional cake ideas. A truly creative person, she enjoys the challenge sculpting cakes into anything imaginable presents—from beer bottles to trophies to intricate tiaras, all edible! Inspired by music, fashion, pop culture, and other great cake designers, she hopes to inspire you with your custom piece of art.
